Eminenture’s recruitment procedure is based on the merit with extensive screening. We neither do charge nor accept any amount as a security deposit from job seekers for recruitment.

The recruitment frauds have been on the rise these days, involving lots of scammers who oftentimes publish fake job openings. They come to job seekers, offering fraudulent job offers in the name of our company. They conduct bogus interviews for seeking personal information or making money out of it from the candidates. Moreover, the candidates start believing, as they call while pretending themselves to be one from the Eminenture Recruitment fraternity that has a job offer for them.

Be alarmed of this kind of unsolicited communication that has a job offering or a call for interview on payment. These are all fraudulent. Please recognize them as a scam and stay away from it. As a preventive measure, the call recipient may visit our official website to cross check if the source and job offer are authentic.

Disclaimer: How to discover such frauds

• Eminenture never asks for fees for any purpose or reason during or post-recruitment. We never place a request for money against job offerings or any opportunity to work with.
• Our official hiring procedure involves an in-person interview at our office premises upon a telephonic round. Eminenture does not host any interview on any instant messaging applications like Whatsapp, bulk messaging, etc.
• The Eminenture Recruitment team communicates using an official email address with corporate domain name “@eminenture.com” or “@eminenture.in”. But, smart scammers may display our official email domain address as aforesaid fraudulently. However, the official “@eminenture.com” or “@eminenture.in” domain name will appear if it is sent legitimately. Anyhow, if you receive any interview call or job offer with the generic email ID ending with our legitimate Gmail/Yahoo or any external third party domain, be alert as it can be from the scammer.
• The Eminenture Recruitment team neither does request for personal documents like bank account details, tax forms or credit card information, as it is not a part of our hiring procedure.
