This part is crucial because it helps in highlighting the need for these measures and also guides to react to changes. We set a clear strategy to find, measure, and manage contextual risks. We also conveyed this planning to all personnel and managed relevant documentation for its effective execution.

For preventive support, we installed all tools and resources to implement, run, and maintain this system on our premises. It covered training to all key employees and availing personal protective equipment (PPE). With this, all related goals are clearly conveyed to concerned people in our organisation.
