Grabbed Europe-based CMS Process
Eminenture has been recently awarded with a big Content Management Services process from a Europe-based E-Commerce Giant providing an access to the number of retailers, brands and customers worldwide.
This European project is challenging. It requires a lot of learning as well as intelligent mindset. Eminenture proved its potential by passing a difficult test. We went through a critical sampling with flying colours. Eventually, the bull’s eye is hit. We got an approval formally over all samples and project metrics. Lastly, we came with more tools like dashboard, charters and flow charts to the client for the final approval. Resultantly, we made the deal.
Only three members, including a manager, kick started it initially. Over time, it expanded to a 12-member team. Subsequently, the training session held wherein the trainer, the manager and the team shared the project intricacies together. Since this project mandates working on a live CRM, the client granted no leverage over any mistake.

The process involves working on 50,000-60,000 brochures & entries monthly for the United States and Europe continents. These numbers roll up with the time.
