Eminenture is enjoying the spree of boarding up more clients from the United States. It’s the project pertaining to the events and contacts research worldwide.
What we have dreamt, we’ve accomplished. We have seen Eminenture flying high overseas, it’s really touching heights. The projects are on-boarding over and over.
This time, it’s a project from the United States. A US client from this continent found an adept researcher in Eminenture. What it searched was the accurate datasets of events and contacts. A region-based research might not be a big deal, but searching of the worldwide data is indeed. It required hard core research. So, we did and delivered a few samples of our hard work. Finally, our efforts took the heart of our client away.
So! It was a deal. Formally, one more offshore client is on-boarded. But, the real challenge began afterward. Rigorous training sessions from the client-side geared up. This research agreement brought multiple projects from a hood. The efforts of our eminent team must be long-standing. It should have to show its flexibility and expertise. Therefore, it stayed always-on for the onshore and offshore training with the client. The training sessions still go on the call about the updates from the client. Our experts absolutely love to advance their expertise. So, they stay open to such trainings always.
Living up to the expectation of the client is the most difficult task. But, the incorporation of some advanced and typical tools helped to create faith in our quality. We have been showing the work of quality using Excel, Access, CRM, quality mapping and cross communication tools, like Skype. The client is happy with the way we address its queries and research and deliver quality at the end.
We never compromised with the distance. However, it’s a need of the hour to interact with the client on and off, if you want to yield satisfaction. So, we hired hi-tech cooperation channels, like Emails, Cloud Data Syncing, Go-to-Meetings and Zoom communication.
We maintain the frequency of approvals & requests to address the contextual issues. And finally, we beat the timeline. Accomplishing more than a million records is what we are assigned to do. And, we’re now on the way to hit the shot. It’s a feat that we yearn to achieve.
