Eminenture has come up triumph in the 21st edition of NASSCOM’s BPM Strategy Summit, which was held in Bangalore on the 5th of September, 2019. This mega event has witnessed many bigwigs and delegates from different domains. The win for our company came in the category of ROI (Return on Investment) under the title Customer Service Excellence, which is deemed to the Corporate Excellence Award 2019.
The BPM Strategy Summit is meant to recognise the corporate achievements because of which the incorporated customers have been feeling the difference progressively. This difference is connected to consistent transformation from being typical to being digital. Precisely, it invited entries for award in four categories, which are ROI, RPA Implementation, Transformation and Process Efficiency.
Eminenture took the cake as a winner under the ROI category, whereas the top brass of Infosys BPM, Barclays, Gebbs Healthcare and Concentrix brought home the bacon in other categories, which were grouped under transformation, RPA implementation and process efficiency.
Interestingly, we are improvising to let our customers get leveraged by digital innovations and other disruptive technologies. With the inclusion of these transitioning technologies, we have made our customers achieve far more than what they had spent. Simply put, our customers are at the top of the world while generating superfluous revenue in the shoestring budget
