Only three members, including a manager, kick started it initially. With the course of time, it expanded to a 12-member team. Subsequently, the training session held wherein the trainer, the manager and the team shared the project intricacies together. Since this project mandates working on a live CRM, the client granted no leverage over any mistake.
The process involves working on 50,000-60,000 brochures & entries monthly for the United States and Europe continents. These numbers roll up with the time.
