Our Project Co-ordination division goes a step forward to perform their duties and act as a bridge between Operations Department, Quality Department and Customers. They co-ordinate for various Projects, do regular meetings, identify gaps and resolve issues so our end Customers can expect higher quality and immediate results. They also conduct C-sat surveys for our valuable Customers to enable them to provide their feedbacks on multiple Projects. The core responsibility of Project Co-ordination department is to understand the Projects utterly and then put a strict control on procedures to be followed by Operations and Quality departments.
Operations department comes into play when a Project is routed from Co-ordination department. We ensure to conduct pre-assessment for appropriate team selection, off-the-floor training and demo sessions with required criterion to go live with a Project. Supervisors on floor conduct regular trainings and feedback sessions to keep every team member on the same page. We keep an upright balance between Projects and Project Managers. We never deluge them with over-work and associate Projects as per their capabilities to ensure that they can concentrate better on aligned Projects.
Quality team synchronizes in regular intervals to do monitoring and provide feedbacks. They keep track of numbers processed and numbers observed to derive accuracy level and variations with an array of analysis. Our quality experts evaluate the Project results from diverse perspectives and ensure highest accuracy ever. They also look for final touch-up once the production gets over at Operations stage.
Once the Project is completed and undergone through stringent quality controls, it goes back to the Project Co-ordination division with all the formalities so it can be delivered to the Customer. It may also be sent to the directly by Operations Department (as per the requirements).
